CANCELLATIONS
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any haircut appointment. Not confirming your appointment is not the same as cancelling your appointment. Fee will be 50% of the scheduled service.

NO SHOWS
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without a notice via an email, call or text gives us the permission to charge 100% of the scheduled service and the possibility of the stylist refusing any future services.
