Folklore Salon & Barber builds community by facilitating visibility, artistic expression, and togetherness. We understand that sometimes ‘life happens’ and things come up that may require cancelling or rescheduling a hair appointment. You were towed because you didn’t understand all 12 parking signs. You passed out in Bikram Yoga (again). Your energy healer had a last minute opening. We do empathize with you, but considering the limited amount of time slots available per week, it is best that we have at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. A cancellation with less than a 24 hour notice is subject to a cancellation fee. *Fee will be 50% of the scheduled service.
We require a 72 hr advance notice to reschedule and cancel your color service. Anything less than 72 hours will result in a $25 per hour reschedule fee. Cancelations without rescheduling and no shows will result full services charge.
We require a free consultation before you make a color appointment. It’s done remotely (FaceTime, Zoom or Skype). You can book this online or feel free to give us a call.
…are never cool. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without a courteous notice via an email, call or text will result in the guest being charged 100% for their service and the possibility of the stylist refusing any future services with the guest. (Sad face)
LATE TO THE SHOW?
A heads-up is always appreciated and anything under 10 minutes is ok. Anything beyond 10 -15 minutes may end up having to be rescheduled. It is an inconvenience to us and our other guests who have appointments booked with us throughout the day. (Think of the children!) We understand SoCal. Expect ‘unexpected’ traffic and plan ahead for parking (we empathize with you on the parking). We just want to make sure you get the time you deserve and the attention to detail in the work we provide for you.
