CANCELLATIONS
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any haircut appointment. Not confirming your appointment is not the same as cancelling your appointment. Fee will be 50% of the scheduled service.

NO SHOWS
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without a courteous notice via an email, call or text will result in the guest being charged 100% for their service and the possibility of the stylist refusing any future services with the guest.
Consultation $25
We require a consultation for any extension appointment.
The $25 fee will go towards your appointment. Additionally, we require a nonrefundable deposit for the cost of hair to be used for the service. Cost of custom ordered hair, custom coloring, and installation will be charged separately.
Since this is a highly variable and customizable service, a consultation is needed to receive an accurate estimate.
